 Our high-performance CNC Sinker EDM utilizes a sophisticated process for precise material removal. In this method, an electrode and workpiece are submerged in an insulating fluid, such as oil, tailored to the material being machined.

How It Works:

• Electrical Discharge: The power supply generates electrical discharges between the electrode and the workpiece. As the electrode approaches the part, these discharges create a plasma channel and produce numerous sparks.
